We may refer to IBEKO Power AB as “we”, “us”, or “our”. We may refer to you as “user”, “reader”, “you” or “your”. The purpose of this policy is to inform you about the information we collect, how we use and share that information, and the ways in which you can control how we use and share that information.

Photos, audio, and video recordings will be used for documenting, informing, and reporting about the service and for promoting services or products that DV Power or some of its organizational parts are or will be producing, testing, and/or selling. If you opt out of photo, audio and video recording, you will be provided with option to ensure that your decision is respected (e.g. you will be positioned in designated part to avoid being photographed).

We do not collect any data about you which includes details about your race, ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, health information or biometric data. Nor do we collect any information on your criminal records.

If you fail to provide personal data where we need to collect them by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, we may not be able to provide you with goods or services. If this is the case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have requested but we will notify you about the inability.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. However, you have to have in mind that internet is not totally secured place and despite out efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we legally required to do so.

Your personal data are not public and IBEKO Power AB is the only one who have an access to it.

IBEKO Power AB will conduct compliance audits of our relevant privacy practices to verify adherence to this policy and will self-certify with the U.S. and EU relevant laws compliance. Further, we will conduct follow up investigations to verify that attestations and assertions regarding our privacy practices are accurate. We do engage in training to support implementation and compliance of our privacy practices; any employee that we determine is in violation of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action.
