IMPORTANT – Your equipment needs service or calibration?
Before you contact us, please prepare the following:
- the serial number of your DV Power test set
- information regarding test object and description of the failure
- error messages reported
- the installed version of DV-Win software on your PC
- information about your PC: manufacturer, operating system(& language), security programs like firewalls and anti-virus software
- contact details: name, company name, phone number, e-mail address.
